Fad diets, exercise regimes and fitness gadgets are all well and good, but do they really help? I wanted to put Wii Fit U to the test and discover what this new version of Wii Fit had to offer.

After three weeks it’s interesting to see a picture emerge of how the Gamepad and Pedometer change the way players interact with the game.
